鋁板不著色的原因及處理方法

1、膜厚不夠:處理的方法是查驗(yàn)陽(yáng)端氧化工藝是不是標(biāo)準(zhǔn),看溫度,工作電壓,導(dǎo)電性等要素是不是平穩(wěn),若有出現(xiàn)異常,請(qǐng)相對(duì)調(diào)節(jié)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之,如果沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)異常,可適度增加空氣氧化時(shí)間,確保膜厚合格。
1. Insufficient film thickness: the treatment method is to check whether the oxidation process at the positive end is standard and whether the temperature, working voltage, conductivity and other factors are stable. If there is any abnormality, please adjust the standard relatively. If there is no abnormality, the air oxidation time can be increased appropriately to ensure that the film thickness is qualified.
2、染液ph值太高:這時(shí),能用冰醋酸將ph值調(diào)為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值。

3、空氣氧化后鋼件在不銹鋼水槽中置放時(shí)間長(zhǎng)時(shí)間:倡導(dǎo)立即染色劑,假如這種情況早已產(chǎn)生,可將鋼件放到陽(yáng)端處理槽中或氰化鈉中合槽中適度解決后再開(kāi)展染色劑,實(shí)際效果會(huì)非常好。
